The AFL advises Melbourne’s Tayla Harris has elected to challenge her charge through a written submission to the Tribunal with the outcome to be communicated tomorrow, Thursday November 3.

All other players accepted their sanctions from the Match Review of Round Ten of the 2022 NAB AFLW Season Seven.

AFL Tribunal (Financial Sanction), Wednesday November 2:

Tayla Harris, Melbourne, has been charged with Forceful Front-On Contact against Sophie McDonald, West Coast Eagles, during the fourth quarter of the Round Ten match between Melbourne and the West Coast Eagles played at Casey Fields on Saturday 29th October, 2022.

Based on the available evidence, the incident was assessed as Careless Conduct, Low Impact, High Contact. The incident was classified as a $400 sanction as a first offence.

Shelley Heath, Melbourne has accepted a reprimand for Rough Conduct (Dangerous Tackle) against Aimee Schmidt, West Coast Eagles, during the fourth quarter of the Round Ten match between Melbourne and the West Coast Eagles played at Casey Fields on Saturday 29th October, 2022.

Cynthia Hamilton, Sydney Swans, has accepted a reprimand for Forceful Front-On Contact against Kate Darby, Geelong Cats, during the fourth quarter of the Round Ten match between Sydney Swans and the Geelong Cats played at GMBHA Stadium on Saturday 29th October, 2022.

Lily-Rose Williamson, Essendon, has accepted a reprimand for Rough Conduct (Dangerous Tackle) against Maria Moloney, Port Adelaide, during the second quarter of the Round Ten match between Essendon and Port Adelaide played at Alberton Oval Park on Sunday, October 30th, 2022.

Sachi Syme, Port Adelaide, has accepted a one match suspension for Rough Conduct (Dangerous Tackle) against Jacqui Vogt, Essendon, during the fourth quarter of the Round Ten match between Essendon and Port Adelaide played at Alberton Oval Park on Sunday, October 30th, 2022.

Maria Moloney, Port Adelaide, has accepted a two match suspension for Rough Conduct (Dangerous Tackle) against Lily-Rose Williamson, Essendon, during the fourth quarter of the Round Ten match between Essendon and Port Adelaide played at Alberton Oval Park on Sunday, October 30th, 2022.

Wallis Randell, Gold Coast SUNS, has accepted a reprimand for Rough Conduct (Dangerous Tackle) against Brodee Mowbray, GWS GIANTS, during the second quarter of the Round Ten match between Gold Coast SUNS and GWS GIANTS played at Henson Park on Sunday, October 30th, 2022.

Nicola Barr, GWS GIANTS, has accepted a reprimand for Forceful Front-On Contact against Shannon Danckert, Gold Coast SUNS, during the second quarter of the Round Ten match between Gold Coast SUNS and GWS GIANTS played at Henson Park on Sunday, October 30th, 2022.
