It serves no purpose except to throw a hand grenade into society for the purpose of ratings. But it is a circle it then generates discussion on moderation when that slowly dies find another incident get someone to throw another grenade in rinnse and repeat and nothing gets solved. So yes people boo/vent because IMO secretly a lot of these "personalities" stir the pot to maintain their relevence.

Here in lies the problem were I boo'd Goodes for his tunnelling and methods of play later in his career. I dont like Aly or the Project as a whole for that matter because it comes across to me as a way for a few people to share their opinion. What then tends to happen is that the "great unwashed" (for want of a better word) take it and run with it or fight against it.
