If you have niggles which flare with overuse (such as shin splints) then your best bet is to stick to HIIT stuff. Check out the fitness board for suggestions.

Seriously I can understand your anger..I actually believe Eddie now which gets me how he found out when Tom blatantly lied to Jimmy. $cu££y should be made to go to your B&F to listen to Jimmy knowing this (if he's well enough to go that is) and made to look him in the eye to explain himself
