On the surface maybe, but he is missing most of his opportunities. Not even close most of the time. Might be a one off bad year thing (possibly because of the unrest in the club)or it might be a decline. We would need to know which one imo If the former he would be a good pickup on field.

Don't think Draper was playing any better than Davies. Can't imagine it would have made a great deal of difference which one was chosen. Davies is better defensively than Draper but Draper has more class. I hope we don't bore that out of him and let him play a more creative position as well as...
