Much better post, i do tend to get a lil fiery on here when i get sniped at, as we all would at times.
I dont do weights, never have, just use natural frame at full back.
We will be playing Lake Mac at their ground in March, you should come down and watch, not sure how much of out top grade cattle we'll have,. but we'll have enough to get the job done i think.
