With 5AA I sometimes get to record the stream but only if I'm around my Uni computer or home at the time, which I'm often not, what with various meetings and the like. For example, I didn't get to hear the broadcast yesterday so I missed the Kurt interview (which might be linked on fiveaa.com.au by now, I should look it up!)
As for starting a thread, I probably shouldn't start one on your behalf, but you might want to look in The Locker Room for Tippett's thread and comment about it there, and then you could comment about him perhaps being a regular guest on the show.
