Although I have in the past read The Age, I have never read what it said about Richmond’s 2 goals 20. In comparison, some famous earlier failures like their goalless match on a dry day against St. Kilda in 1961 or even the collpase of their defence in the 1972 Grand Final, seem anything but flukish (in 1958 Richmond had twice kicked only 2 goals in the dry; in 1972 they had conceded 2 of the 3 highest scores in 4 previous losses).
