If only we had a midfield.

Our pressure and counter attack game plan is very effective with the list we have. We have guns off half back and some talent up forward. But we just don’t have a competent midfield and at the moment we are having to work around that.

Entertaining game. A great fight back, some amazing stuff from CJ in particular. But just beaten by a side with a much better midfield

Durdin essentially kicks a point that wins it for them after dropping the ball in a tackle. Absolutely ridiculous umpiring all game.

Shocking first quarter by us but then were able to grind out a comeback.

Also that last effort by Sicily was absolutely piss poor, he should have just smashed into Weitering.

Yeah, 2020/21 Hawthorned ourselves out of it early, but at least we didn't kick ourselves out of it by missing easy goals which has been our other trademarked move.
