Almost unsighted after half time, but that’s not surprising for a first year player. He’s gonna be a gun.
What we saw in the first half is a bit of a preview of what he's going to be like once he builds a tank.

He's such a smart young footballer. Milked two free kicks by not taking the ball and oppo ran into his back. Class user and the pick of the 21 draft by a mile.
Weapons on both sides ,composure thru traffic , some bloody good forward handball at times , we got a good one here , need another one to come thru at same time

12-18 months prior to the draft was considered a top 5 pick and we have a beauty here
I'm liking all of the 5 kids from last years draft and still holding hope for Dow , Biggy & Ryan
Bauer looks a likely type also

His foot skills impressed me early in the VFL. He has this knack of kicking the ball through a needle hole opening and hitting a target whilst under pressure. He's now doing it at the top level with only 3 games under his belt. You just can't teach that as it's a natural talent.

I like the way he just 'Reads the play' and just knows which way the ball will fall
his foot skills are fantastic and makes the right decisions. I posted in 1 of these threads that he will be a 200 game player and nothing has changed my mind with what he has produced.

Lets not forget he didnt really start his preseason until later due to injury and was still watching the boys train mid Jan
good preseason with extra fitness and more muscle this kid will be a player

I hope his body can stand up to another 3 (or more) games this year. But even if his form drops off, I've seen enough to be really excited he will be a key part of our next 10 years, looks so classy and composed. Not athletically special in any way, nor is he a big size, but just a footballer who knows the game and has above average football skills.
