Surprised no one mentioned these back to back questions / answers from Humphrey.

Do you have a nickname?
‘Humper’, which sort of just goes from Humphrey.

What is the weirdest question an AFL club has asked you this year and how did you answer it?
I got asked what traits I would look for in a girlfriend. I just said, ‘Someone who is a good person and matches my energy’.

Hard to know what Brad Scott wants.
Yeah I don't believe it one bit. If Tsatas is still on the board when we pick we take him and run. Getting him at 6 will be the steal of the draft which is why it likely has a 0.0001% chance of happening.

Wardlaw's an Essendon fan whose high on Elijah Tsatas and a massive Oasis fan. Is Twomey finally getting a shot at his AFL dream?
Did they talk to Wardlaw or his dad......

The more and more i see of him the more and more he reminds me of Shaun Burgoyne at Port.

Super quick, explosive and agile with evasive skills.

But he's silky, classy and a beautiful user of the ball and is an absolute beast around the clearance and stoppages.

I think the difference is Silk glided around and out of the stoppages, never looked rushed in what he did and had that extra time the best players have. He also had power to burn in contests.

McKenzie looks very good, I won’t be upset if we draft him.

He definitely looks upright like Silk was through the contest, but is otherwise looks more rushed and in a hurry to get the ball where it needs to go.They are very different players aside from being mids, McKenzie just not as smooth - but then who is I guess.

Q. 'What traits do you look for in a girlfriend?'
A. ''One who understands why my nickname is Humper'.

More than a couple "Sam Mitchell" answers for the most famous person ever met question, he must have been in all the meetings!

More than that, it goes as evidence of him being our biggest draw at the moment. He's the youngest coach and his career is still relevant to the draftees and youngsters throughout the league, one of the major things making me so confident he was the right choice.
Sam would have won over quite a few Essendon hating fans with his jab jab crack too.

Tsatas is 2 months older than Philipou for the record. Not sure it’s the factor that some are suggesting.

Good pickup, 2 months is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Phillipou may be the actual youngest in the pool, but then Tsatas is also one of the youngest.

Fair, I’ve seen a lot of MacKenzie so I disagree, not as smooth but he is in terms of evasiveness, think he’s more genuinely explosive tho.

Thanks for the heads up. Great to know. The way people had been going on about it I thought it was more than that.
