The bulldogs deserve to be strong favourites, what is their overall record on the surface of Mars?

The strong bodies of Bont and Libby have to be controlled. Last year was a miracle win but this year they are in very good form.
1) Rob has to break even with English
2) our mids will lose the stoppages but need to restrict easy ball from the stoppages (like Berry last year).
3) We need to be brave with ball movement.
4) We need to bring the ball to ground in our F50 (Berg)
5) We need to kick straight.

Not asking too much?

We need to keep the ball off the deck. Precise ball movement by foot with the handball used as a clearing mechanism ie get the handball outside then kick. The only time the ball should hit the deck is in the forward line where we should take advantage of it with our smalls. Though its better if we kick goals

We cant fight them in a maul - any ground stoppages need to be punched away for distance - hear me Rob - PUNCH

Defenders need to be disciplined . The aim should be to allow the Dogs forwards space on the boundary or at the 50m mark

We're 30 km or so south west of Ballarat and the Suns shining currently, not that much cloud that looks rain bearing about so unless there's a dramatic change for the worse it shouldn't be too bad. Weather radar looks OK currently too.
