I’m waiting on a block mounted version to arrive, it’ll go next to my 2010 version. Also going to get the two stubby holders and a hat.

got a premiers cap and they are good quality. the only thing I noticed is that they are dark grey and not black, which I thought is strange. anyway they look good.

Given we only had an outcome 11 days ago, they probably just used whatever caps were to hand. Maybe even somebody got organised and chose a cap that could be used for whoever ended up winning.

After holding them in person it’s probably the closest to your typical glossy style poster we’re gonna get. Now gonna work out how I’m gonna frame them

I got notification of a tracking number on the AusPost app. Never received an email.

Although I did email customer service yesterday and it was dispatched after they replied a couple of hours late but maybe that polite nudge got it moving.

That’s what I though too and it’s surprising they didn’t send an email beyond the initial order confirmation

I use the App mostly for the tracking rather than for other stuff.

Highly recommend chucking an email to customer service as it could help you too

On the topic of posters though the Collingwood shop has added MORE MERCH. This time based on this pretty cool piece art. The guy who did this has done a lot of footy art in the past. Have to say love the detail of Fly holding the baby bottle and towel lol.

Looks really good this piece and I’m tempted to add it to the collection

I think they are meant to be kept on, but I always take them off.

Only if you're a 16-year-old eshay. I always remove the stickers and then bend the peak if it's flat.

Some slightly concerning news below courtesy of footy jumper guru Mero (who runs the wonderful www.footyjumpers.com and has plenty of connections in the biz).

I've chosen not to buy the special 'premiers' guernsey because I would rather hold off for the 2024 version with the gold logo (I had a 2011 gold logo guernsey and it was so nice). Now it looks like there's gonna be Nike supply issues (again!) and the gold logo will be heat-pressed on, which will look crummy and cheap. What gives?

I believe Nike might have a new template for both Sydney & Collingwood.
The AFL have a problem with the jumpers already being made for both clubs and Collingwood's need to have a Gold AFL logo somehow added to them.
They will most likely need to be heat pressed on.

In other reports, the logos under the collar are only to be in two colours. So StKilda's dramatic announcement of the Chery logo on the front will need to be re-done for full production.

Also, Country Round will be gradually be removed from the AFL calendar. No special jumpers in 2024, and probably played at Geelong.

The problem is with Nike and the ability to heat press the Gold Premiers logo.
And that all the 2024 jumpers, which are already made will need it.
Home, Away, Clash, Anzac, Indig Black, Indig White and any others that they are wearing.
They are already made because their jumpers are made overseas and Nike is expecting shipping problems in 2024.

Can the club back out of the Nike deal? I’m hearing it’s too expensive for them to leave. It’s really a shame we had to win a flag in that jumper, especially now that the gold premiers logo won’t automatically be on next years ones.

Absolutely have to move to Puma or Adidas.
