I Tassie everyone has a reverse cycle AC. They heat or cool. I have one. In Tassie we call them heat pumps. Use them in winter only. I have a big muther in the lounge room. Never used it for cooling.used to have this air con machine about 20 years ago that was also a heater
one day it was about 36 and I turned it on before hand to cool the room when I was smashed but by a mistake I put the heater on
about an hour later walked in there and it was about 80 farrken degrees
oh so youre fat shaming now ?I'm quite lean actually.

Thats the one thing I dont miss, those stinking hot nights. Like now its a comfy 19 deg C.
I remember black Saturday that was brutal. 47 in Melbourne. I was working on a Melb Uni job and we were commissioning the cooling. Walked out that arvo it was like walking into an oven. And that police chick was at the hair dressers not taking calls. Its not fun being near bush fires. I was evacuated in the Tassie fires 2019. They got very close to my place.there is only 1-3 stinky hot nights here these days
will never forget the freezing cold 2020 summer. there was not one day over 30 that year. didnt put the aircon on once. farrken global warming my arse
did the illuminati forget to turn the heating machines on that year?

The wind was roaring too that day. Yet police commisioner had to get her hair done....priorities. Huh.I remember black Saturday that was brutal. 47 in Melbourne.
