In Rounds 1-2, the Kangaroos were ranked second at winning first possession at stoppages but ranked second last at winning clearances. North Melbourne has been much better in this area today converting a 31-30 first possession win edge into 25-19 clearances.

****! the opening 3 rounds were a big challenge and to come out of them with two massive demolition jobs and a draw is an outstanding result. we will come home with a wet sail from here, we're going to do some crazy things to the genuinely bad sides in the competition if this is what we've done to the good ones
