If Sam De Konig does not get picked for a prelim or a grand final would it be worth whispering in his ear or is he completely off the table you think?

I don't think we'd be willing to cough up what he'd be worth. Unreal player though.

Edit: in terms of draft picks/trade capital, not $

I disagree

Which games did he play majority forward?

I still hold hope that a full PS will give him much needed confidence, cant remember if he had that this year? dont think he did, and then keep going with the backline role

He looked at home inside 50, regardless if it was pushing inside from the wing.

I see him as that mobile forward 80m type who pushes up and back inside. Instead of trying to outmustle an opponent.

That was similar to those 2 games he did it from the wing and kicked 3 twice.

Hes a good kick for goal on both feet. A natural forward imo.

He did not, he kicked all 3 from the wing in one game and 2 of 3 from the wing in another
Says here he played forward. Def remember him playing the game as a forward. Whatever though it's semantics really he kicked the goals

Cox booted three goals as a makeshift forward in the round 12 defeat to Gold Coast but produced arguably his most promising performance of the season to date in his 50th career game against the Crows last week, providing a big spark for the Dons with another three goals and using his rangy frame to advantage as a forward threat.

Pretty sure it was just that gold coats game he played forward. I remember thinking it was pretty exciting he may have found a role... then disappointing never to be tried again.

His best game was at optus vs the tigers to date still in year 1

He only licked 1 goal as a traditional fwd vs suns, re watch the game. I have. He kicked the goals from the wing opposed to guys like Fiorini

Starting him as a traditional forward would change that. His height is a worry for some wingers. Alot of his goals wernt traditional forward like goals

As i said im not necessarily against trialling it, just cant say its his best position based on very little to no evidence
