It's very tough to win against the tide of umpiring decisions at key times in 4th quarters.
Unlucky, great comeback in the 3rd, NicNat to Shuey is a bit scary!!
It can't be performance, because yet again Carlton, Essendon & Collingwood are all inept. The "Big 4" have contributed 6 AFL flags in 28 seasons :fire::fire::fire: Just for clarity in the same time the Hawks have won 5:D

What needs investigating is after 2 of the sirens yesterday it was Razor "chatting" with Selwood, explaining why he didn't get ANOTHER free... and Razor apologising to Selwood for running into him after a centre bounce... WTF!!
Last year was mostly just perception anyway. Also it is worth noting that in his 2nd year he will be developing better combinations with the other Hawk mids, so he knows their running patterns which will make it easier for him not to go sideways or backwards.
A) If Selwood doesn't grab hold of Sicily's feet / legs the incident doesn't happen
B) Charged with assault... OMG you are what is wrong with the young generation
C) In these incidents the "damage" will be a large part in the assessment. Selwood didn't leave the field, wasn't concussed, wasn't...
Hmmm interesting the definition of "big 4" perhaps financial self sufficiency should be a consideration, in which case we would both be "big 4" I would have thought...
You might have if your players had a bit of appetite for the contest... but led by capt pea heart they couldn't summons an effort.
p.s. we beat them there last year when they played in a grany... and we are shit
Nope didn't seem to matter how much prior opportunity was enjoyed by the cats, there was no joy for the Hawks tacklers today.. A couple of amazing "tap ons" though!! and those pressure acts!!
Burgoyne will not be playing (and is still as quick or quicker than your equivalents)
Soooo I see Cyril, Rough, McEvoy, Pop & Frawley (may not play either)
You have Jack Riewoldt, Houli, Edwards, Grigg and McIntosh (only 24 but runs like he is 44)
As a non neutral supporter today at the game I reached out to a few friends who support other clubs and asked if it was as bad on TV as it looked at the ground.. Sometimes it is easy to get woo'ed into the cries of BALLLLLL at the game, especially when sitting in a group of your own supporters...
