Exactly. He’s been discredited before, so regardless of what evidence he gives now, he will be discredited because of his previous evidence. No jury would accept him as a witness of truth.

Could be. I always remember her With very long hair, but that was in the late 70s and early 80s. How is she potentially linked with the murders?

    That’s not her.

Vivian Vidulich Was the teacher at PAH. She had long dark hair and was a very colourful vibrant woman. She lived around the Fulham Gardens area. I have no idea whether she is the woman referred to in the book though.

This is how internet threads AND sometimes police investigations get derailed. Great pickup.

    Unsolved The Family Murders

I don’t think that a police officer telling BVE that someone talked to the cops means that BVE was deliberately tipped off, or that police were in on it all. People assume that cops are always careful and deliberate when questioning suspects. It’s entirely possible that this meeting did happen...

    Unsolved The Family Murders

I think the names of most murder suspects ARE suppressed until they are charged. Until someone is charged, allegations are just rumours and are very very damaging. Just because someone names someone else in court, doesn’t make it true. The thing is, these people are suspects in the public eye...

The suppressions are/were in place because these people hadn’t been charged with any offence, which is entirely reasonable. Recently the court lifted suppressions on a few of the transgenders who are now dead. Turtur consented to his name being released. Only one, “the wealthy businessman”...

I agree. He is probably the key to more victims coming forward and it’s the victims who are the missing link between what we know happened and police being able to charge people. Turtur knows far more than he’s letting on though.

This is the judgment when similar fact evidence was excluded in relation to the Barnes and Langley charges. Turner was named in this judgment. He may have had a pseudonym if he gave evidence for the Kelvin charges...

QCs represent legal aid clients all the time. Bill Boucaut QC and Marie Shaw QC spend most of their time acting for legal aid clients. I don’t think you can interpret Szach being represented by a very good lawyer as evidence of corruption up high.

Then he is walking a very fine line by speaking publicly. He seems to be very loose with his words. I don’t understand how he was able to keep his mouth shut for 40 years. But I agree; he knows a lot more than he has publicly stated in the last few days.

I don’t believe Turtur for a second. He states that he allowed BVE to bring drugged boys into the house. When pressed, he then conceded that “they” had sex with the boys. Then protests that when the boys left the house, they were “pristine”. What an odd word to describe the state of a person.
