Thanks mate. All time PR is 127.5kg in 2017.
Had some time off with a few knee reconstructions and sport focus. Managed to get it back to 125kg with about 6 months of hard work.
Starting to throw in a rate of force production day once per week now. My strength problem is well and truly taken care of, now it's just about effectively utilising it
Power cleans, fast deadlifts, squat jumps, fast bench press at ~60% body weight.
Mate we can't afford to keep blokes on the list for another two years if they're not showing much.
So far all he has shown is a couple of decent kicks and an inability to physically compete.
He has been on an AFL list for 3 years. That's a long time to transform your body.
I rate some of his...
It doesn't worry me too much.
Transition to the forward half, leading patterns, and finding marking targets is so far and away our biggest problem out of 2024 that I'm glad to hear the coaches are dedicating a lot of time and effort into making that gel.
Same.
I know my 'Wardlaw could at some points find himself in the twos for a run' copped a bit of stick and laughter, but the message I was trying to get across was that Colby has an absolutely indomitable will to impose himself as a first choice midfielder. And from all reports I'd heard was...

Terrifying and horrific hey. Thank you for all your work you do.
I don't know much about the Caucasus so got no idea there.
But from personal experience, some (not all, some in rural areas are seriously struggling) pensioners have gone from scratching together an existence and their only interaction with other parts of Europe being lucky enough to hear about...
In the areas I have a lot of insight into, even a lot of the older generation who have a bit of nostalgia for those times, have been won over. It's genuinely heartwarming.
It was two way. So yes it was partly their fault. History panned out the way it did, they no longer exist, and lots of people in that part of Europe now enjoy better relations with other Europeans.
Not sure I agree there. Many people living in the former Soviet Bloc countries seriously appreciate and love being able to visit, see, interact with and generally form friendly relations and common goals with other parts of Europe. Things haven't been flawless (and the 90s were horrible) and...
Yeah that's it!
There is a school of thought which suggests a lot of variety isn't the best anyway, and there's something to be said for the 'real gains' that come from doing the same exercises all the time.
