Really? Our batting is our problem is it not? So our bats need to play against the best bowlers - and that means Cummins; Starc; Haze and Boland playing. It's no use someone like Usman getting runs against a 2nd XI NSW shield attack is it when in a months time he'll come up against Jofra etc?

There are 4 rounds of the Sheffield shield prior to the 1st test this summer Think our whole test squad need to play in every available shield game for their respective states leading up to the 1st test. But no doubt CA will play the 'he has to rest' card at some stage with some of them....
