I got a small tub of Musashi bulk from Natures works this arvo. That's all I could find over the counter at the health food shop. It isn't a high in protein per gram as the BSC WPI so it' probably more expensive.
Thanks for the tips guys, I'll certainly change the routine a little to include a few more excercises and also not a frequently. I will probably split it into 2 seperate workouts and go Day On, Day On, Day Off.
