You would virtually have to employ someone just for that and it would have to be someone qualified. You can't have any joe blow go through the footage and guess if there is a concussion. Your talking 40 odd hours off footage from 3 divisions.

I can't find him on there final VFL list. So he may not have got a contract. Big for Heidelberg, he's probably the best player in the comp.
