    Well a drop of 2kgs plus I assume body fat? So i dropped that a few percent, from 25 down to 22. I reckon if that I could be even lower. My activity is still fairly good going for 15 minute really hard runs and improving 3-4 times a week after weights. But seriously.. get on those new cokes...

    WUT, have you had the new Coke Zero but with Vanilla?! Goes an absolute treat. Also feel as though my loss has stagnated, it's weird I felt so good during last week and I didn't even eat that much in calorie deficit but now it's just weird even though progressing in my runs.
