Traded Michael Hibberd [traded to Melbourne with pick 59 for picks 29 and 68]

You're saying he could be a restricted free agent next year? I'm saying there is no chance he could be a dfa this year. What do you disagree with?

Traded Michael Hibberd [traded to Melbourne with pick 59 for picks 29 and 68]

He signed his current contract in 2014 with full knowledge he could be suspended, there is no possibility he could be a delisted free agent. Melbourne signed Melksham knowing he could be suspended, Melbourne getting 'unders' has no relevance to the Hibberd trade.

    Knee reconstruction

Do you actually need a reco? If the knee is giving way or hindering everyday life then probably yes, but if your managing ok and have no plans to get back to sport I would try 6-10 weeks of rehab and if the knee is functioning well then not worry.

Assuming your around 2 weeks? Rough guide. Single leg squats, single leg calf raises. Single leg bridge. Single leg balance work. Clam shells. On top of that just more quads work being weighted lunges/step ups/squats. Bike is OK assuming your no longer aggravated by knee flexion...

    LARS reconstructions? long term repercussions?

Its great your going well with your current Lars, but just on the traditional graft most people these days are walking normally by around 3- 4 weeks and with a bit of work can start jogging at around 12 weeks.

    Knee problems

Don't see a an average GP though, as they will just say rest and anti-inflams. See a Physio or a sports doctor as they will test the integrity of the knee. Did the knee give way on you when you continued to play?

    Stress Fracture?

Could be a stress fracture or just a bone reaction at the base of the 5th Metatarsal which is not uncommon. Doctor or Physio can refer for an x-ray which may or may not show anything but is cheaper/easier than a bone scan or MRI. If the X-ray is clear and the problem persists you can get the...

    Knee reconstruction

That's not true, there is still more tradional reco's being done than LARS.
