Don't know if the lions would buy this, but I'd love to get Michael Close in a straight swap for Frost. Supposedly one of the better time trial runners, at the lions, which is impressive with his size so he could hopefully be a highly athletic option up forward and potentially through the ruck...
Wouldn't mind taking a good look at Mitch Honeychurch for a straight swap for Clokey, maybe even us throwing in a late pick as a sweetener if Cloke doesn't get the job done. The kid looks good, and would be a definite upgrade on Blair.
Moore didn't play last week for the chargers and wasn't listed in the vic metro u18 intra squad team list for this weekend so either he is injured or didn't make the cut for Vic Metro
Moore's stats from the weekend are as follows - 3 goals 1 behind, 14 disposals (9k, 5h) 8 marks - 3 contested. Was also listed 3rd best for the chargers behind a dominant BOG for Kade Answerth and Jack Sinclair.
Overall a fairly solid first up effort considering he spent time both in the...
Fairly certain Moore actually is 198cm (not 203 as stated earlier in the article linked) as in the Oakleigh Chargers team sheet for the practice match today had heights of players and Darcy's was 198. The club's measurement should be a bit more accurate than an outside article.
Also Will...

Good: Playing in an undefeated premiership year and beating a team by 270 odd points with each player kicking at least one goal on my team. My team won by an average of 126 points that year, it was bloody awesome.
Bad: Broke and dislocated my leg playing footy in the first 5 mins of a pre...
Either of them considering Pyke is the only other ruck option from Sydney - who IMO is suited to second ruck better. At the moment id say Derickx though.
As for Longer, even if Hickey were to take the first ruck spot, Longer would likely be in the second ruck position, right?
I figure that if I start with those combinations that they will be cash cows considering at least 3 of the players will be first rucks for their respective clubs and then after their price rises I will trade for a premium
First two draft squads I've come up with.

Questions:
1. Where on the 2014 ladder will Collingwood finish?

Trav Cloke
3. Who do you think will be Top 3 in the Collingwoods best and fairest for 2014?
In order - Pendlebury, Beams and Grundy
4. Who do you think will...
Yep I have, Webb is a talented medium midfielder who can also push forward and kick goals. He can rack up the possessions and he has great hands - almost always glueing contested marks. At this stage I see him going from mid third to fifth rounds in the draft, although I would not be surprised...
Really depends on needs of the other clubs. A club from pick 6 onwards would probably take him, however, if GC have a pick before then, I wouldn't put it past them to select him. Personally I rate him at around 5-8 at this stage.
Dunkley - who is a forward, is also an AIS-AFL member, he was in the Vic Country u16 side this year from memory and was one of their better players. He has played seniors for Sale in the Gippsland league since he was 15, managing numerous best on grounds and mentions in the best players in his...
Cordy is definitely shaping as the better of the pair. He does need to put on a fair bit of weight/muscle and fill out a bit, however that's no different to his brother or most other taller prospects. He plays predominantly half back flank - while he is 191cm, he is still a bit too short to play...
Hammelmann would go around mid first round to early second so you'll be getting him for either end of his market value either way if you're forced to use your first or second rounder on him.
It really depends on how he goes next year. This year he was cruelled by injuries mainly the hip he required surgery on, so he missed a fair chunk of the year and almost all of preseason. I do this he is a chance for first round depending on where the pies finish, if it's top 8 then potentially...
