Not sure Hewett would have made 1 iota of difference TBH. He is no superstar, nor does he bring speed, which is why we got cut up on the outside. Solid player yes, but hardly a game changer. We lacked overall intent and application.

Shattered for Crippa. Felt so bad for him when he was walking off. Charlie and Weits offered to chair him off but Cripps didn't want a bar of it. Clearly disappointed and deserves better.

Cripps is seriously a once in a generation player. I feel like we wouldn't be having this success without his buy in and strong leadership, committed to the end to see us succeed. We are extremely lucky to have him and credit to his parents for raising their kid to have such strong morals...
