Many of the young players have improved under him. Countless people within the industry and from Geelong vouch for him in this regard. I'd even say he helped take Griffens game to the next level in term of contested ball winning ability.

Would definitely look to move Cooney and Minson now. Really wonder who the next captain is. Would they give Morris, Murphy or Boyd a year to try stabilise thing or give it to one of the youngsters. Wouldn't want to load up one of the really young players with too much pressure at this stage...
