Good point, thinking back to earlier in the season we certainly lacked speed coming out of the defensive 50 once Coleman went down. I think we'd struggle heavily to create quality offensive opportunities against a well drilled unit like Sydney without enough pace off the halfback.

I'd take out McKenna personally, he's been a defensive liability a fair few times this season, and his decision making with ball in hand leaves much to be desired. I think Brain showed enough to persist with him in the seniors for an extended run.

Is Jake Waterman a viable trade target? He's averaging slightly more than Rankine as a forward for the season, plus his last 5 weeks he's averaging 126.6, tonning up 4 times, and West Coast have markedly improved their form in the same time period. I think I might pick him up :think:

1454/15 with Gawn (C) still to play. A fair bit of carnage through my midfield, but Jackson came in clutch :)

After careful consideration, I'm going to skip on the Ultra Premo upgrades this week, and go for value. Midfield is now complete, Defence will be finished next week, and with nearly $300k in the kitty, next week I can either go 2 up or continue on the 1 up 1 down path.

This round has by far been the hardest trade wise IMO. Should I consider moving players like Meek & D'Ambrosio on to premos even though they have some extra mooing to do?

I'm keeping Meek for now, he's going to be a very good bridge for whoever I want in a week or 2, plus it gives you a few extra weeks to see if you comfortable with Sweet taking the R2 spot or either swapping Jackson into R2 temporarily (If you have him) or upgrading Meek to English instead.

I'm in the same boat here tbh, we have some very juicy downgrade options with Sweet, Garcia, Rogers, and hell even McKercher. Would it be too crazy to use my last boost to downgrade 3? :drunk:
