The Herald Sun is saying that the Saints will try and get Nathan Freeman.
Apparently he wants to stay at Collingwood but they can't agree in a contract
With the new bidding system this year teams like GWS and Carlton will try to get as many 2nd, 3rd and 4th round picks as possible so they don't loose picks in the 2016 draft
I think the saints should draft Lachlan Keeffe from Collingwood.
I know he is suspended but we can get him for a cheep pick and when his suspension is over we will have a ready made FB or CHB
Who do you think we will trade this year for a top 25 pick?
My guess would be one or 2 of the following:
Sam Gilbert
Farren Ray
One of Tom Hickey or Billy Longer.
Fraser Gehrig was said Collingwood was his preference
Nick Stevens preference was Collingwood
Just because a player has a preference doesn't mean he get's there
If we can get Mitch Clark cheep then we would be stupid not to. We wouldn't be paying him much, guys like Stanley, White, McCartin/McKenzie/Wright are still 2 to 5 years away from being gun players and you don't want them getting the best defender every week, Lee is looking more and more link he...
I think if Melbourne get pick 3 for James Frawley then Saints should trade Pick 1 and a player or players for picks 2 and 3.
Then use them to get McCartin and Wright.
As a de-listed free agent we don't have to give up anything for him, he can come straight over and GC get nothing for him.
That's why I can't understand clubs de-listing players other clubs might want now and not after the free agency and trade period ends.
You named 17 players to be de-listed/traded, the way people at the club are talking don't be surprised if 14 or 15 of those players are gone one way or another.
