Apropos of nothing, but category scoring draft keeper league is the chef's kiss of fantasy football. Just provides the most flexibility when it comes to positional relevance.
Unlike Zorko though, JHF is prone to a quiet game or two and doesn't (yet) have the crazy ceiling to blow his price up. He seems the perfect player to wait on.
With how hard your boys hit the draft tigs2010 , I'm half hoping you just start the season with a full list of Tigers. Should be able to field a solid split of rookies, mid pricers and premos.
Hey hey, hey. We've spent over 100 pages flipping between three different options for pick 3. Surely we can afford to give poor old pick 38 a bit more time in the spotlight.
Yeah, gaming out what might happen with BC and pick 38 is super interesting. Who might bid on Campo? Which pick would we need to confidently get ahead of a bid? Who might be open to trade for an earlier pick? What might it cost us, given our limited trade hand? So much to consider.
Wonder if West Coast might be open to strengthening their 2024 draft hand by trading one of their two future 2nds for 38 (plus any associated pick swaps).
Not really a planning post, but seeing an old fantasy keeper league member sitting in the Doggies list management room at Marvel is a good reminder that fantasy isn't a complete waste of time and energy! Just goes to show there's a potential list manager in us all* if we get the opportunity...
Was the only Carlton player my one-eyed Collingwood mate would grudgingly admit wasn't sh*t.
(well I think that's what he said - he was missing a few teeth).
His only notable knock is his pace. He can play all three lines on the ground and is a serious marking target, either up forward or in transition. He's a reliable shot at goal and isn't afraid to put his head over the ball. Has solid disposal by hand and foot. Culture doesn't seem to be an issue...
