If Marchy is playing as interceptor (Gov's role) then playing Durdin as the second tall (Kemp's role) makes sense. This keeps the structure we seem to prefer.
I also don't see why Pink would be dropped - he's doing a job up forward and provides flexibility in case he's needed down back should...
Sounds familiar. My partner's interest in the watching the Blues tended to depend on whether Jack Silvagni was playing or not. She also started watching Collingwood once Pat Lipinkski moved over from the Kennel....
Good luck with that. I've tried and failed many times over the last 15 years to convince my son to switch from the Dogs to the Blues (ever since he was brainwashed at his day care centre at Whitten Oval). Being hot garbage onfield made it impossible.
