The stadium looked great on TV, Light show after the siren was stunning. Adelaide Oval and now Optus Stadium are miles ahead of the Eastern states stadiums for lighting and game day experience for fans. Why such a small crowd though? Only 49,000 & 53,000 for the opening games??

The next stage of the redevelopment is the Northern end being demolished to make way for multi storey apartments. I'm sure they are keeping level 1 it' just the stand that is going, kinda sad that it was only opened in 2001.

Pretty Sure I also saw the Members stand at Alberton has had the bench seats removed and replaced with blue seats fron Footy Park. Kind of ironic how much they hate Footy Park!
