    Don’t confuse George Wardlaw (from Chargers) with Brayden George (Murray Bushrangers). Wardlaw is a beast and tipped to be selected by Nth at 3-4

    I prefer Weddle over Hayes as a key back, more versatile imo. George is a long term project, rehabilitate for a year then release the beast 🤩 (Sorry, I got carried away)

    I like to think of depth, VFL form, years of development, and maturity. Makes sense to me. Having said that he wouldn’t be my first pick.

    Maybe in the mould of Vlaustin - a hybrid defender, good at reading the ball, taking intercepting marks and rebounding from defensive 50. He’s a similar height. Fly would see similarities with Vlaustin.

    I’m not surprised Hewitt is a slider. The knock on him by recruiters is that he’s inconsistent with his effort. But if he’s around our pick I’d take him without question.

    I prefer Weddle over Hayes. More mobile in defence. Height is the only difference, Hayes slightly taller making him more of a KD. Wouldn’t be disappointed if we selected Hayes.

    Definitely our first pick if available (which I doubt very much). Not worried about go home factor. Culture is developing at Pies with new administration. Seen his interview and comes across as a level headed young man.

    I’d be pleased too. From what I saw he stood out in the game against Vic Metro. Clearances out of contests with composure and ball delivery was 👍🏼
