I can see where you're coming from but I think the players are a reflection of the culture the coach creates. Melbourne run so so hard. We are lazy, and Fagan seemingly pats everyone on the back.

I think the right thing to do is just to allow him to coach the finals and then get let go, he deserves that much. We don't want to go full Essendon here.

Fagan and the coaches really have to go at the end of the season. There is absolutely no rational argument for him staying. The only possible argument you could make is "oh he deserves it, he's taken us so far." In reality, we are boring, stagnant, have no work rate, and are flat track bullies...

This team is pathetic

I just want the club to show some backbone. The coaches have become too comfortable. Seems like they're all just yes men. Not willing to make hard decisions. The result of this is the players have become bored and complacent.
