Game Day 2022 Fantasy Round 6 - Umpire Respect Week

That is awesome, so much to go for the year but definitely bask in that glory and good luck mate 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Well done. Who are your other captain choices from here? I’d generally take 110 as a conservative position, given you are killing it do you take it or gun it for the potential extra 20 points...

Pre game nerves kicking in like always. Couple of big outs but Wills and Aish are quality too and will have their moments. Go the Pies!!!!!

De Goeys role can’t be replaced though. If he doesn’t play we need to bring in a player that will play an alternative role within our altered game plan 😀

I’ve got us by 19 unless we hit beast mode and win by 10+ goals ☺️

Review Pies win a thriller (Blues 87-106 Pies)

They definitely shaped up for us today. No idea why it takes playing us to have passion but we did well to meet them and outplay them in the end 😀

Anyone else detect barracking from the commentators for the blues? I get that they are underdogs but please just call the game!!! I especially hated their groans when Carlton missed goals ugh

Player Watch Callum Brown (Delisted 2022)

Love his first move every time, such agility he’s like a cat. Can jump to the side and work through traffic, he’s strong now too! Watch his improvement this year....

Ok, why ask for a review when the review shows no touch? But umpires call remains??????

Collingwood by 22, I’d be more edgy if this was in Adelaide as Port are looking like a solid side. Hoping for Elliot to put in his best game so far this year!

Opinion Beams Trade [Officially derailed: Now disussing the folly of gambling, net negative players and the merit of Sier]

love that the club is at least having a genuine crack at that flag by trading for Beams - can’t argue that there is a lack of endeavour

Man, teams are gonna need like 5 taggers when they play Collingwood

And Treloar can do likewise, along with a fit Wells (fingers and everything else crossed).

    List Mgmt. Trade & F/A - 2018/2019 - Part 3

But yet played in our team from the start - hence best 22

    List Mgmt. Trade & F/A - 2018/2019 - Part 3

Yeah but Roughead is a fringe player that will be cover at best - not best 22

    List Mgmt. Trade & F/A - 2018/2019 - Part 3

Yep I understand that, perhaps we’ll never know what his capacity was, but what I’m saying is for a rookie/draftee that was able to come straight into the 22 the price was not too high.

    List Mgmt. Trade & F/A - 2018/2019 - Part 3

Get excited pies, Beams is back!!! Yes it was for two first rounders (plus compensation picks back) but given our current form those picks are almost second rounders. We unexpectedly made a GF and have now made our team better - signed up our in house talent, a good run with injuries and we...

Um I think he explained it well, we found a hidden gem that didn’t work because of reasons well beyond the clubs control. No problem with the recruiting from me and in the end only cost us 13 places in the second/third round.

    List Mgmt. Trade & F/A - 2018/2019 - Part 3

If they go Kelly top 10 then we pass on him. Can’t jeopardise our drafting if they are gonna just run interference.

    List Mgmt. Trade & F/A - 2018/2019 - Part 3

Yep, a year out is a long time in football. We are going to get an injection of A grade talent in the form of Elliot and Beams. So long as Bucks maintains and can instill this years game plan into the 22 next year, we are sooo much better placed for a tilt at the flag.

Point is, if we still held 18 then a bid would have likely come from a tactical point of view. Now that we don’t it is doubtful that will happen, happy with this trade, didn’t sell the farm and a premiership player is back where he belongs !!!

Bumped Welcome to Collingwood, Darcy Moore (new posts start at #761)

Very happy with this, what I like most about Darcy is his body type. Different to say Watts, both lean and tall at a young age but Moore is quite muscular and will fill out nicely. Can see him dominating at CHF for the pies in the not too distant future Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
