I don’t think he has any plans to return home given he has been pushing for Warner to get to WCE. Both players have been in regular contact. WCE have got a war chest to throw at Chad. They will need to kick up a big figure to get him to agree to a rebuild.

For Baker, McQualter being named coach of WCE was the only thing he was weighing up. I wouldn’t waste my time with either of them. Given how close he is with Bolton and Kozzie it can’t hurt to add a little depth for 12 months.
