first of all, the reason simpkin didnt play much at AFL level was cause he's at hawthorn, and as shown by Essendon's belief in him, hes at an AFL standard, they waste top up picks on players not able to play at the AFL level, that'd be crazy.

I hear ya. simpkin is a ball magnet. Seen him play for box hill many a time and he will get a lot of ball at the dons. his efficiency will suffer as he will have absolutely bloody no one to kick to. but you can guarantee his price will rise and the dons will start him. I expect sloane to have...
