Your joking right? If he doesn't leave his man subi player has a running open shot at goal. Not Logue's fault a teammate wasn't manned up and he had to leave his go try stop the ball
It wasn't wet conditions I was at the game against west Perth, was clear sky's for the colts.
I absolutely agree with you that is currently more theory but it's definitely not nonsense, the kid has many attributes than can make him a midfielder in the future
He played midfield at senior wafl level for spurts last year and dominated in the colts in the midfield along with having elite endurance. So that's where the "nonsense" comes from
How on earth do you drop logue after playing KD not having a goal kicked on him, using it well and covering the second most kms in 15.1 from the backline?
Agree he needs to take it but it's not a sitter, was caught under it and a helicopter, kids covered the 4th most distance on the ground every player on the ground makes mistakes when tired haha
Baha yeah cause two fumbles out weigh everyone of his attributes haha
Freo have drafted very well, cox Logue and Darcy all played good games today and we should all be excited
Always going to see mistakes now from our youth, basically no bench.
Logue played 86% game time compared to his around 55% in his first few games
Cox the same, Darcy shoulder giving him grief but pushing through
What are you on about he wasn't even dropped that week?
He missed two legit set shots, both by not much and it commented on that he had a very nice action haha
- if you want to count the shot on the goal line on his left side set shot then yes that's three.
See I think it's a freo thing. He gets left down at peel all season (till now) after player 12 solid games last year, basically making him go backwards after getting all that development into him last year. Look and what silva has done in his games for Carlton he's been very good. I actually...
What's Collins contract situation?
If I was him, I would be out of here. Playing good footy all year, only the one game so far in the ones. Would have to be interest from home
Review:
Delluca solid early but died off as the game went on I felt.
Ibbotson not doing anything to demand a spot back in the ones, he was by no means bad, just nothing to get back to ones.
Hughes really solid, was exciting watching logue and him use each other and even just communicating...
Deluca going well, Souths have been very sloppy in front of our goal giving away 2-3 free kicks resulting in goals.
Darcy and Strndica competing strong as always.
Logue playing very well on Saunders lock down roll.
Ibbotson very quite, Hughes going well also.
Strongly disagree with this in regards to freo. Ross's entire game plan is definsively based and players have said how complicated it is to learn. Cox playing up forward will basically have a license to fly I imagine and a very simple position defensively.
Not many debutants for freo get easy...
I disagree I don't think Balic will be straight back in, what's it been now three weeks with no game? I don't think he's rated that highly to just walk back into the ones.
I seriously hope Ryan comes in, but can't see Ross making too many other changes down back. Wafl boys very unlucky to have...
