The last few times Carlton have played us they have gone the full stem the bleeding, ultra negative football, which hasn't allowed them to win, but it has made the scores uncomfortably close.

What about Waterman to take the wing. He was already playing a great role as a link up player. He just needs to keep presenting like gaff does. He would have to move around the ground a bit more providing a release valve in defense as Gaff so often does.
But he has the gut running abilities...

Not sure about you guys, but I honestly thought the GF at the MCG was going to becoming a rolling fixture at various locations around Australia, and naively thought it would happen over the next ten years.
This is the only professional organisation in the world that has the GF in one location...
