I think its because he is known for being able to play spin quite well, along with being able to bowl. From memory he was on the last Sri Lanka tour and was a bees dick away from actually playing but Head recovered from his injury faster than expected.
But yeah, no shield games. Not sure I...
Think Head could very well be the key here. If he can get a quick 30-40 odd and get the total below 50 then that will kill the game. If he gets out early then India are favourites.
I wonder what Australia will do then for our third pace option assuming they will play at least two frontline spinners. Marsh looks done but at least he has some subcontinent experience compared to Webster. I can't imagine Australia debuting anyone that isn't a spinner over there.
If they were...
Yes but looks like there is some sort of image on the away guernsey. Maybe they're doing something similar to the 2016 Away jumper. or it could just be a shadow...guess we'll have to see.
Tuned into Trade Radio briefly to see what the hell they could even be talking about this early on. Cornes just making coaches who are most under pressure list.
1. Bevo (Surprise Surprise)
2. Longmire
3. Nicks (Surprise Surprise)
4. Voss
5. Goodwin
Hinkley not even mentioned. Just laughable...
"O'Halloran comes from a strong football pedigree with his late grandfather Ron McCarthy playing 42 games for Footscray, including the Bulldogs’ 1954 premiership."
