    Re Bewley, his career stats to date don’t fill me with much optimism. At the end of the day though he will only be a depth pick up, and clubs these days love having plenty of competition for spots. Wouldn’t mind if we gave him a one-year rookie deal.

    To be fair though we had one top 20 draft pick between 2011-2018, and only another two inside the top 30. For the most part our recruiters done pretty well to find some good players with low value picks. We did pass over Merrett and Dunkley for Hartung and Lovell, though, so you’re right there...
