Question - if a playing coach is suspended, can they still coach from the sidelines?

Does this mean Wandin, Narre, Powelly & Berwick Springs were audited and cleared?

I'm only guessing, but wouldn't anyone being paid to play, whether netball or football, go into salary cap? Disclaimer - I have not read the League salary cap rules.

Again, for clarification, are you saying the committee was well aware of this decision by the players? They knew beforehand? Or did the players/ coaches make the decision and then inform the committee of the majority decision? It seems very weird to me that any committee would agree to such a thing.

What a turnaround from last year for Belgrave! Great scores against some weaker teams, but Seville were my tip for the flag (for what that's worth) and they've taken it right up to them. Gotta give them some confidence.

I believe you're right about the 16 weeks, but I'm wondering how you get suspended due to a social media campaign? Don't you have to do the crime to be suspended?

Would like to see the forum move onto other clubs news, but I think if you went back over every clubs premierships in the last 10 or so years you would find that a large percentage had players that were nowhere to be seen in the years afterwards (maybe with a couple of exceptions), so to call it...

As I understand it Wesburn have been absorbed (or taken over - depending how you look at it) by Warburton. Yarra Junction are trying to keep their juniors going, but only have younger grades. Where do the above posters think Powelltown would find juniors? A town of less than 200 competing...

Have heard from a reliable source there are a few clubs very low on rego numbers. All Div 1 clubs. Might be a few more in trouble?

Questions - I have no inside info on Powelltown, but why is everyone so confident they are lying or inflating figures? Would coaches really pass on false information? Would coaches be putting a negative spin on the club they supposedly love? Are others still hoping they fall over? What benefit...
