I’ll be pissed if we let Brayshaw walk, even if we brought in Warner and Kozzy. Losing Brayshaw would be a culture killer

If we ended up giving three firsts to bring Kozzy over I could live with it. I would expect nothing less than a GF appearance for 26 and 27 so those would essentially be 17+. I just personally don’t think that’s what the deal will end up being though but I guess we’ll see

Understand your point about a 2027 second rounder not being worth much. Still think that 3 first rounders is too much for any player not named Bont, Daicos, Curnow etc. I know the dees hold the cards here but I can’t see you guys not letting him leave if the deal is fair especially with family...

Reckon the price will be similar to what was paid for Jackson, two 1sts and a 2nd. Love Kozzy but I don’t think there are many players that would command three 1sts

I think he loved the club that’s why he didn’t try and force a move, especially with the Oliver/Trac drama going on. But I also think that him becoming a father may have changed his perspective on where he wants to live and raise his kids

I cant see a way that WC get Chad without giving up your own first round pick, which will probably be top 3. This is the same club that gave up 14 for an uncontracted Baker

Surprised to see a lot of people pencil in the Swans for a top 4 finish. Think the mental demons from the GF and all the noise around Chad leaving might mean they don’t regain their mojo. Think they’ll miss the 8

About what we paid for Jackson

Dees could do a Richmond and get an absolute bounty for Pickett/Petracca/Oliver. Would be a great starting point before Tassie comes in

Ideal situation would be one of Johnson/Erasmus/NOD has a breakout year and we cool on Warner like we did with McDonald last year when Treacy came on.

Happy with Reid, think he takes Banfields spot as a half forward who gets up the ground -and gets involved. Andy, Caleb and co will get around him and make him feel at home not worried about him bailing

With all the drama around the dees I think they’ll struggle next year. Add in a extra year of pick trading and I think they’ll be tempted to get a massive haul for Olivia, Petracca and hopefully Kozzi

I think it’s 1.2 with bonuses for making AA or BnF finishes, the extra year we’ve added on would be to round the salary out closer to like 800-900 or something

We managed to get Bolton and keep a first round pick in the draft WITHOUT giving up any future picks. Gotta call that a win. We have a full hand to make a play at Kozzy or Chad next year

All things considered, not a bad deal. Would have liked to keep 11 but whatever, hopefully pick up a decent kid at 14 and then have a crack at Warner/Kozzy next year [emoji106]
