Nope that didnt work, it just came up with a symbol of like 2 clipboards layered together. Looked a bit like a copy paste symbol or something.

Yep I tried that it instead just made the logo disappear on the Guernsey but then it reappears when I select something like a real AFL logo.

Is it just me or can you not put custom logos visible on guernseys with custom teams? You can only show the logo if it was one of the base logos in game?

They did actually come 4th in 2019 and made finals so a fully fit afl list can work out for wafl and it was their first year in the comp they did that
