That's exactly it. If he has no intention of doing it then he's a liar, if he intends to do it then he's reckless. I don't get the policy at all but they must think it's a winner.

I still think nuclear is a big problem for Dutton given how many seats he needs to win. He's saying he wants to cut spending but also wants to go and build 7 nuclear reactors. It just seems like an insane policy and a ludicrous waste of money. I just don't see how he gets the landslide he needs...

Dutton has a lot of work to do to actually win. They need to pick up tons of seats including teal seats without losing any. It isn't going to be easy by any stretch.

Not that long ago JVE and Hotton were seen as absolute steals of the draft. Both wrecked through injury, no one would have predicted neither would play a game. It's a good lesson in not overrating draft picks, once they're in the system anything can happen and it's a ruthless industry that waits...

Geelong's injuries in 2023 didn't look too bad. They were ranked 8th on the games lost to injury list. Collingwood were 3rd this year.
