Willougby has been an outstanding VFL player for Footscray. However, the AFL/VFL teams do not offer much job security. Willoughby would/could be better than some of those on an AFL list at the Dogs but they will always get selected first.
No bait.....old enough to make my own decisions about what I post. This forum has been a disgrace LATELY! This has nothing to do with chalkboard EITHER!
The tribe that have led personal attacks on here are nothing but cowards. There is no sugar-coating this apart from saying it's trolling and not overly courageous. If you cannot contribute positively then get your kicks elsewhere!
It has nothing to do with me.. it's all about the comment that was ;
A- Degrading to women associated with the club
B- Degrading to all Rochy footballers past and current
C- The committee
D- Ran with it and then attempted to blame the person who so-called circulated the rumour.
E- It is...
Simply it was a disgraceful post that no one on this forum could possibly support.
It was deplorable! The admin didn't take it down because it was so bad that the poster quickly took it down. It was way off-limits. Perhaps more time was spent on recruiting than Me, Myself and Irene posts.
They are on the edge once again! I believe that they also have no trainers with the club President having to strap players before the game. There appears to be little support from the community. Do they have a future in the GV?
I was also told today that Willoughby, Prout, and Mills are not playing more VFL games this year. I am unsure how far off Mills is but they are three big ins.
I think it’s time for each AFL club to have an U/19 Academy. Players can be drafted by any club but their own Academy can have first pick. The Coates League has run its race.
This weekend, there are a couple of big games for the three sides attempting to grab 6th spot. Euroa v Ky is big for both and Mansfield is facing the Swans away. Ky then has Mansfield the week after.
It Looks like the Tigers had a huge third 3/4, kicking 7.8. They have currency, the only side to beat Echuca, and are firmly entrenched in third spot. I certainly won't be writing them off!
I didn't even count correctly! it's 10 from the 4 Shepparton sides who are 2nd, 5th, 8th and 11th respectively on the ladder. Might as well of called it the Shepparton combined side.
