TAB is probably a good place to start. They have good promos to exploit and you can deposit with cash at your local pub so you don't need access to the other persons bank account.

From my experience they don't enforce that rule. I've definitely turned over my deposit on odds less than $2 and been fine.

I can see the 3x turnover in the tc and Cs but where does it say $2 odds?
