I'm sorry, but I must admit to being a lazy eagles fan.
As long as those in the background do their job and the players can go out every week and play their little hearts off, I'm satisfied.
I don't want the heirachy to bombard me with notes to buy this of that all the time. I like it when...
With regard to IP's ref that the Eagles are the only club that don't have a home town etc. Don't they have a name registered with "Perth" in it somewhere down the line?
Anyway, the only way you can become a Freo supporter is that you must prove how loud you can boo. Not know footy rules...
You don't even know what pain is until you had sat beside my mother when she was alive. I wouldn't go anywhere near her and I would notice that people sitting behind and to the sides of her would gradually move off after a while. Her voice would get louder and screechier until sometimes in...
I wish I had printed the GBU's to show people when they first started, but as I am lazy, I will start from this week rather than go back to the beginning.
Why don't you email them to the Eagles. I am sure they will love them - or other wise find you and kill you!!!
Am I glad that Chick is in our side. He's hard at the ball, sets an example for the others, talks all the time and is quick to assess a situation and just as fast to congratulate good play!
I wish some of the AFL umpires were as good as those in the WAFL. They don't stand any nonsense and to my mind are much more competent with their decisions.
The thing that annoys me is that when watching the games on TV, in one game one umpire will give a decision on say, holding the ball and...
I was amazed at the number of kicks that our players gave to the opposition. They didn't seem to look where they were kicking. Even if they didn't have a player to kick to the dogs just kicked to an open area and their guys seemed to realise it faster than ours.
But I agree the eagles seemed...
I've only just stopped crying! but in my opinion those points we kicked early in the 3rd quarter cost us the game.
Good talking points in this week's GBU.
It's a nice feeling with our team winning again! When I think back to the old days and the euphoria that came with that, then the 'in between' years from Malthouse to Woosha we have the right to be happy again.
I know as I saw the 'old' players leave and the young men that came in their place...
One thing I have noticed re Woosha's style of coaching is that when a player thinks he might get a free kick for something, they don't hang around waiting and trying to convince the umpire. They just get on with the game and go! If there is one paid, back they come to get it, but they don't...
