KPPs usually take 2-4 years to become consistent pros, rucks 4-6 years. If we draft any of those this draft, they won't help for a while. Doesn't mean you don't draft them, just know that today's problems aren't going to be fixed by drafting them.
General failure in the AFL's soft cap and the AFLPA should be banging down the doors about this... player welfare is being compromised by capping medical and training staff. I don't know any other major league in the world that has this stupid cap for non-players... utterly regressive thinking...
