Hey guys, i'm just wondering if i could get some information on how the Nhill tigers are looking for the year. I hear the signed a coach quite late and am interested to hear if they've recruited anyone.
maybe only 13 goals, but anyone involved in the club would know his role in the team was to push up the ground as a link up player. and i'm sure every club would be really keen to sign a clearance for a player who finished in the top 5 in their bnf :thumbsd: (while carrying a groin injury all year)
Surely you have something better to do than scan other leagues for news and talk more dribble than usual MOR. Every 2nd kick means that he gets at least two, which is more than you roc, but you seemed to love him last year. your attitude has changed quickly.
It seems the rumnours are true. I work with a lady who's husband is involved with the club and she told me that they have had as few as 7 at training. One night they got 12 but 4 of them were U 18's. Hope they can find some numbers soon.
In my experience there have usually been two practice matches leading into the season with a intra club/ cratch match type game before that. I dont think 1 extra game will make a big difference however. the sidfes playing 3 practice matches might hit the ground running come round 1 but it will...
Interesting you say that because i know for a fact that big shan argall has been sighted at training with dunnstown and had indicated some interest to play there along side his uni mates sidebottom, brearley, sawyers etc. perhaps harveys powers on convincing have swayed him though.

I hear that 2009 is going to be the year of the tiger. apparently wayne schultz has indicated he is keen to return after 1 more year in the VFL. brearley finishes uni at te end of the year as well. if they could grab those two it would go a long...
[quote=The mighty tiger;9384354]ah kakkapo it has everything to do with wimmera league as brearley is an ex nhill boy and wouldve probly taken the coaching job if he knew davidson was resigning
I can tell you for sure that brearley would never have taken the coaching job at nhill. he has 1...
Was speaking to brearley during the week and while he didnt go into specific details, he said that the reason they went to dunnstown in the end was to play with uni mates sidebottom and sawyers. being their last year at uni they gathered it was their last chance to play together. they've all...
news is that springbank have confirmed three big signings from north central league club St Arnaud. Apparently they have signed Brett Wilson, Simon Brearley and Mark Dowley. All three played for St Arnaud last year and had good years. Brearley won consecutive bnf's there (league runner up this...
Re: North Central Football League
Gene Brooks is a local donald biy, brother of Paul who coached Rup to numerous flags in horsham district i think they play. both are great footballers, although paul has hung up the boots and was running the cricket club hotel in charlton i think. possibly...
Re: North Central Football League
After speaking to brearley last week i can probably shed a little light on the situation. He hasnt signed anywhere but has met with a couple of clubs in and around ballarat. he has told st arnaud that his football will depend on the teaching rounds he is...
