Re: Ottens still 3-4 weeks?
Bomber today: ``Brad's going to be running hopefully this week, and he's still probably three weeks away. He really has turned a corner and on his way to recovery,'' Thompson said.

Gary's 150th
That's come so quickly. What a 150 it's been too. Premiership player, best player in the comp. Well done Gaz.
Here's an interview with the great man from the Addy the other day.

Typical Geelong. Why unveil them to supporters, they don't want to know about them anyway, and don't need to be told anything about them.
Remember, we keep everything a secret at Geelong. Supporters and members don't need to know anything.
Not that it's a bad accent, but the one Eric Bana did in Munich reminded me of that old man character he used to do on Full Frontal. Very serious movie but I was pissing myself laughing the whole time. I always expect him to come out in one of these movies and go "G'day, I'm Poida''.

There's still a bit of romance in this game.
Who will get No. 1 do you reckon? Surely not our top draft pick, maybe a youngster already on the list?
By 'laugh track', are you talking just when there is no audience and they put laughs over the top, or just wherever there is laughter? I always think of the laugh track as the pre-recorded thing they put over the top.
Shows like Seinfeld and that were filmed in front of audiences, I don't...
Don't know. What do they do at Rod Laver and such places, I think they just cover the place in rubber or whatever and chuck the dirt on top. Maybe they'll just od that.
Niall wrote after the Kangas game (I think) last year that we were no good, premiership pretenders, and couldn't do it with the cattle we had. Maybe that is where you're getting his name from. He copped a fair bit after that. Wrote a piece later in the year almost apologising, and saying...
"America's No. 1 show/crime show/drama/comedy."
How gives a shit if it was popular in America? Doesn't necessarily mean we will like it.
Or when they use it for the first episode of a new series - "watched by 60 million people in the US." Good for you. Why don't you tell us how many people...
They said the same about Stokes, Byrnes and Varcoe, and now they're all playing together.
I thought Pris was good the other night. A couple of those passes inside 50 were brilliant - just what you'd expect from him.
They didn't promote anyone straight away because they wanted to wait and see which type of players they would need to promote, if anyone. No point promoting a midfielder straight away and then realising later you need a ruckman. Makes sense.
By the way, has the word 'running' in the quote...
Hey Keen Cats, was Tom Harley aware you were going to post just about every detail of this conversation on the internet or was it a private conversation between him and you and a few of your school mates?
