You've left out one certainty and thats Cunnington. He was a bit quiet as was Christensen compared to their normal games. Cunnington adds a bit of grunt to the team. Something County can certainly do with.

JACK Ziebell will become the youngest Wodonga Bulldogs player to make his senior debut when he lines up against North Albury at Bunton Park today.
The talented forward played a starring role for the triumphant North-East at...
oops I wasnt sure of the name of his base team...sorry " but he's stayed with vic metro so it must be the stingrays who have moved into the vic country pool
This year (2009) is a manipulated draft - neither compomised nor lesser talented and that needs to be acknowledged! The kids coming through this year as mentionered earlier are not compromised......there is great talent in this draft as with other years.
nah mate he was bottom age last year and is running around again this year with the dragons, but playing for vic metro - thats his choice, rather than vic country boohoo since the re-alignment
well pretty sure he's with the dragons
Andrew Hooper Ben Peters Lucas Cook Jandre Slabbert

Only 9 Bourky - straight off the invite list
Truly not looking to be "precious" just wanting to be fair for future references to this years quality kids, being literal here is what GOOD OLD THEO came up with
compromised noun
1. agreement
a settlement of a dispute in which two or more sides agree to accept less than they originally...
Depleted isn't too creative and I think weakened is in the vein of insulting....sorry if that sounds harsh FM...tainted also the same.
These boys would otherwise get wraps of "strong draft...talented...." you know what I am trying to say perhaps inarticulately.
I reckon we need to come up with a better word or phrase than "compromised". It detracts from the skill and talent that the kids coming up this year have. Future references will also underpin anything that is written about now. Come on - there are smart people out there on big footy...
Great read V yet still interesting you haven't mentioned Morrish Medallist Farran Priest....yes I know he is small but in the range of Allen Christensen and he has the indigenous flair as well. Anyone else care to comment? Of course then there is Hooper.......how can someone get so many...
Looks a pretty balanced side - which is not a bad thing. A levelling out of the talent allows more of the side to strut their stuff don't you think? Eases the expectation that the big name players, like Rusty or Ziebell say, to be game changers. These guys are great in any team and their...
Seen a bit of Andrew Hooper over the years of junior footy and his game has really kicked on. His body type though not what supposedly recruiters are looking for at this time. The Libba days are gone. He gets a lot of the footy against his age but not sure if that means he is up to AFL...
Hooper isn't 18 till 2009 but still eligible in this years draft (17 pre end April 2008), but I didnt see his name on the list with a manager so didn't know if that meant he didn't nominate. Farran is only eligible in next year's draft anyway true bottom age this year. Is there a list...
Did Hooper nominate for the draft does anyone know? Didn't see his name in the list with player manager on AFLPA. Any update on Matty Pianto's knee? Is he a likely starter with Vic too?
Re: Vic Country 2009
I hear the first letters have gone out - some 35 invited to initial January get together. Anyone else hear this and do we have some names to start off 2009?
